About CSNC
The Colorado Safety Net Collaborative is a group of about 40 healthcare clinics from around the state that serve those who are uninsured, on Medicaid, or who otherwise can’t afford healthcare. Our clinics work together to help more Coloradans access critical care, including primary care, dental health, behavioral health, and pharmaceuticals.
Our clinics grow from the communities they serve. Our patients receive culturally relevant care often from providers in their own neighborhoods, who share in their experiences and understand their needs and concerns. Because this care is low or no cost, patients can focus less on how they’ll pay and more on getting—and staying—healthy.
The Collaborative seeks to foster connections between clinics around Colorado. With so many people in need of care, our clinics don’t need to compete for patients. We share knowledge, resources, and support with one another to ensure patients everywhere in Colorado get high-quality medical care they can afford.
To be a part of the Collaborative, 50% of patients at a clinic need to be uninsured or using Medicaid. We don’t require clinics to be nonprofits. As long as they’re serving those who need us most, they’re welcome to join the Collaborative.
